The purpose of the postgraduate student satisfaction survey procedure at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, is to introduce regulations regarding the implementation of the process of assessing the level of postgraduate student satisfaction with the quality of the University’s functioning, understood as the level of satisfaction with information on the study offer, study organization, study program and didactic classes, and then using the results of this evaluation to improve the functioning of the University in the context of the quality of education and work organization.
